Q: What's your sample policy

All color matched small samples are free of charge, product sample would be charged but return money to customer if batch order placed.
Tooling must be charged but we would like to return it to customer once products QTY achieved 300pcs.
Quotations for all series products are valid in 3months, we would like to adjust price slightly based on uncontrollable exchange rate factor.
We would like to put extra and better protections inside with free charge, but have to charge extra and reasonably if customer choose crate or plywood case to pack products.
