This FAQ covers the questions first-time buyers most often ask about Wiselink's cultured marble shower systems. If you're evaluating Wiselink as a supplier, start here.
Contact the Wiselink sales team through the website (www.wiselinkprojects.com/contact). Provide your project requirements: number of units, shower dimensions, panel pattern and color preferences, pan type (standard, renovation, ADA), and delivery timeline. The sales team will provide a quote within 1-2 business days.
Standard lead time is 4-6 weeks from order confirmation to shipment. This includes: mold preparation (if custom), material mixing, casting, curing, gel coating, inspection, and crating. For large projects (200+ units), lead time may extend to 8 weeks. Rush orders may be possible — contact sales to check.
Yes. Wiselink provides samples of panel finishes and colors. Contact the sales team to request samples for your project. Standard samples are 6" x 6" pieces showing the surface finish and color.
Yes. Wiselink's cultured marble shower wall panels and shower pans are tested to CSA B45.5:22/IAPMO Z124-2022 at an IAPMO R&T Lab. The test report (number 3963-25001) covers 11 test categories including surface quality, structural integrity, stain resistance, chemical resistance, thermal shock, and water resistance. The full test report is available on request.
Wiselink uses the same raw materials (crushed marble, polyester resin, marine-grade gel coat) and follows the same manufacturing processes as US manufacturers. The IAPMO certification confirms equivalent performance. The main difference is pricing — Wiselink offers factory-direct pricing that's typically 20-25% lower.
Yes. Every piece is inspected before crating. Inspection includes: surface quality check, color match verification, dimensional accuracy measurement, and gel coat integrity check. Pre-shipment photos are available on request.
Wiselink ships from Guangzhou, China. Standard options: FOB (Freight on Board) — you arrange shipping from the port. CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) — Wiselink handles shipping to a US port. Typical ocean transit: 18-25 days to West Coast, 25-35 days to East Coast.
Shipping costs depend on container size, destination, and shipping method. For large projects (enough product to fill a container), the freight cost per unit is significantly lower. Contact Wiselink for a shipping quote specific to your project.
Import duties on artificial stone products are typically 3-8% of the product value, depending on the specific HS classification. Wiselink can provide the HS code for your customs broker. Duties are the buyer's responsibility.
Each product is placed in a custom wood crate designed for protection during ocean freight. Panels are separated by protective material. Crates are sealed and wrapped for moisture protection. Panels arrive ready to install.
For large volume orders (50+ units of the same color), Wiselink can match custom colors. Provide a color reference (Pantone number, color sample, or existing brand standard). Custom color matching adds 1-2 weeks to the lead time.
Yes. Custom sizes are available for both panels and pans. Custom sizes require a mold modification or new mold, which adds cost. For standard sizes within 10% of your rough opening, on-site cutting is more cost-effective than custom molds.
Standard patterns include: 3x6 subway, herringbone, chevron, 12x24 contemporary, 6x24 stacked linear, and 4x12 vertical contemporary. Custom patterns may be available for large volume orders.
